How do I unistall WiFi Monster?

I have ROM which come with WiFi Monstger. My phone randomly turns WiFi on during the day for no apparent reason. I never saw this issue before and want to make sure it's not WiFi Monster related. How do I completely remove WiFi Monster? It come already with custom ROM.
I have HTC ATT Pure.
